From comfortable spaces for practicing different feeding positions to weighted feeds and personalized pumping support, your visit is about more than getting things right while you’re here. It’s about finding what works so you can feel confident doing it when you get home.

Meet the consultant

Hi, I’m Courtney Stallworth, BSN, RN, IBCLC, founder of Liquid Gold Solutions — and I believe there’s a lot already within you.

After more than a decade of caring for mothers and babies (including my own!), one thing I believe deeply is that moms are already equipped with so much of what they need to care for their babies. But we were never meant to figure all of this out alone. Sometimes we need community — someone to listen, help us make sense of what we’re seeing, share what we don’t yet know, and remind us to trust what we already do.

That's the kind of support I want to be for you.

My role isn’t to hand you a one-size-fits-all version of what breastfeeding should look like. It’s to understand you — your body, your baby, your goals, your lifestyle, and the culture you’re creating within your unique family — and help you create solutions that fit there.

It’s also why I’ve chosen to spend so much of my work caring for mothers right within their communities. I believe there’s something powerful about support that meets you where you are, honors what you already bring to the table, and gives you what you need to show up confidently for yourself and your family.

And if what you’ve read here feels aligned with what you’ve been looking for, I’d love to become a small part of your community, too.

I look forward to supporting you.

xoxo Courtney Stallworth

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers To Commonly Questions

What can you help me with?

A lot — and you don’t have to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out. We support moms from pregnancy through weaning, including:

- Prenatal breastfeeding preparation and feeding plans

- Painful breastfeeding, nipple pain, and latch concerns

- Babies who struggle to latch or stay latched

- Concerns about milk supply — whether you’re making too little, too much, or simply aren’t sure

- Engorgement, clogged ducts, breast discomfort, and mastitis prevention/support

- Weighted feeds and concerns about how much milk baby is transferring at the breast

- Pumping support, including flange sizing, pump setup, comfort, and improving milk removal

- Bottle introduction, bottle refusal, and transitioning between breast and bottle

- Returning to work and creating a pumping/feeding routine that works with your schedule

- Navigating feeding changes as your baby grows

- Weaning or transitioning away from breastfeeding or pumping

- And sometimes, simply having a place to bring your questions, talk through what’s happening, and figure out what makes sense for you and your baby.

Every mom-baby pair is different, so our time together is shaped around what you’re experiencing, what matters to you, and what you want feeding your baby to look like.

Do you do In-Home Sessions in my area?

Yes, on a limited basis. In-home lactation consultations are available throughout Gwinnett County, Georgia, for families located within a 20-mile driving distance of our Lactation Suite at

935 Old Loganville Road, Suite B, Loganville, GA 30052.

All in-home consultations include a $97 out-of-pocket in-home service fee, separate from any insurance coverage for your lactation consultation.

Because in-home availability is limited, our Lactation Suite offers the greatest appointment availability and is where all follow-up consultations take place.

Please check (google maps is a great choice!) if your home address is within that distance to our office, before inquiry.

Great Question! Most lactation challenges excluding "latch challenges" can be resolved via a Virtual Session.

Do You Take Insurance Payments?

Can I see you before my baby is born?

Absolutely — and you don’t have to wait until there’s a breastfeeding problem to get support. Prenatal lactation consultations give us time to talk through your feeding goals, what to expect in those first hours and days with baby, how milk production gets started, positioning and latch basics, pumping and milk expression, and how to recognize when things are going well — or when it may be time to ask for help.

We’ll also talk through your specific questions, concerns, previous breastfeeding experiences, and anything about your pregnancy or family plans that may shape your feeding journey. The goal isn’t to give you a rigid breastfeeding plan before you’ve even met your baby; it’s to help you feel informed, prepared, and connected to support before you need it.
