Do you do In-Home Sessions in my area?
We provide in-home sessions throughout Gwinnett County in Georgia, and any location that is within a 30 mile driving distance to our Lactation Suite Address:
1231 Kelvington Way SW, Lilburn, GA, 30047
Please check (google maps is a great choice!) if your home address is within that distance to our office, before scheduling.
Can I schedule an In-Home Session, if I'm OUTSIDE of your coverage area?
If your home is greater than 30 miles from our Lactation Suite location (1231 Kelvington Way SW, Lilburn, GA, 30047), but you would still like an In-Home Session with Courtney, you are able to request an "Out-Of-Area" session.
All "Out-of-Area" Sessions require the investment total of 2 home visits ($694).

Can I resolve my challenge through a Virtual Session?
Great Question! Most lactation challenges excluding "latch challenges" can be resolved via a Virtual Session.
Do You Take Insurance Payments?
Currently we do not directly bill insurance. However after your session you will be provided a Super Bill that you can easily forwarded to your insurance company to apply for financial reimbursement for your sessions.
Where is the Lactation Suite Located?
The Lactation suite is a beautiful office space attached to the rear side of a residential home. The Suite boasts with a serene 180 degree scenic view nestled to the backside of 10 acres of forest filled land.
The Lactations Suite is located in Lilburn Georgia.

Who can accompany me to a Lactation Suite Session?
To comply with the Fire Marshalls occupancy regulations, 2 Adult Persons and/or 1 additional child can accompany you to your session.
If a young child will be present during your session, it is strongly encouraged that you bring a support person along to attend to their needs to make the most of your session time with Courtney.
What is your Refund/Cancellation/No-Show/ Reschedule Policy?
Refund: Can be provided for any consultation cancelled at least
72 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled session. Any shorter notice will then be eligible for a reschedule within 2 weeks of the original session date.
Cancellation: Cancelling a session less than 72 hours prior to your appointment start time is elegible for *one* complimentary reschedule. All reschedules must be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original session date.
"No-Show" (Meaning: no notice provided to LGS that you will not be present for your session time, and/or a cancellation made within 2 hours of your session start time) will not be eligible for a complementary reschedule or refund.
However, you are welcome to schedule a new session at a time you can commit to.
Reschedules: Each session is eligible for one-complementary reschedule if the client provides at least a 2 hour notice, prior to the start time of their session.
I have pets. Can I still have an in-home session?
Absolutely! We do ask, for the safety and comfortability of our Lactation Professional, that you secure all animals away from the area that the in-home session will take place.
If there are any assumed/real threats or dangers assessed at the time of your session, the session will be cancelled at the discretion of the Lactation Professional.
